Highlights from our Regional Chapters’ recent and upcoming events:

ATLANTA:
APA Atlanta’s next event will be an evening with top creative consultant Selina Maitreya on September 24th, 2009. Stay tuned for more information.

LOS ANGELES:
The LA chapter has THREE exciting events taking place this June. On June 18th, SAA and APA present “Get METAsmart”, a program designed to help you protect your images online using metadata. On June 20th they are hosting Digital Dissection with Dennis Dunbar, and on June 25th/27th don’t miss the marketing workshop with reknowned consultant Deanne Delbridge. SAN DIEGO:
Join APA | San Diego on June 25th for an evening with Tim Mantoani. After graduating from the Brooks Institute of Photography in 1991, Tim worked for a few years with photographer/educator Dean Collins and since has been shooting out of his India Street studio. Tim has created stunning images for Sports Illustrated, Ford, Coors, ESPN, and in spite of a schedule that would kill a mule Tim has found time to create one of photography’s great personal assignments: BEHIND PHOTOGRAPHS where he has currently documented over 115 legendary image makers on 20×24 Polaroid.
