Authors Coalition of America, LLC (“ACA”), has updated the list of Individual Author Distributions as of January 16, 2012. The list identifies a number of American Photographers who may be due royalty payments from non-U.S. sources. These royalties have been received to compensate authors for the foreign reprographic use of U.S. copyrighted materials.

ACA was founded in 1994 and today is a coalition of 22 American Author Member Organizations. ACA is an Associate Member of the International Federation of Reprographic Rights Organizations. American Photographic Artists (APA) has been a member of ACA since 2008.
APA has been a proponate of getting the funds collected by the Reprographic Rights Organizations designated for photographers into the hands of those photographers. We are very pleased with the efforts of the ACA to publish the information for Individual Author Distributions.
