Flowers for me have always been something of beauty, the suggestion of spring, the bringer of fruit. In fact I have also always thought of them as something, well, sexual. In fact they are exactly that, sexual. I’ve made photographs of flowers and even sold photographs of flowers. It can be translated as One must tend one’s (own) garden. And though Voltaire certainly was not concerning himself with issues in marketing, his words can serve us today. Marketing (and business) is very much like a garden. |
